2.1 Deal Purchase: By purchasing a deal, you enter into a contract with the merchant providing the goods or services. Gates Deal acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality of the goods or services provided.
2.2 Voucher Redemption: Each voucher contains specific instructions for redemption. You must adhere to these instructions to avail of the deal. Failure to do so may result in the voucher becoming void.
2.3 Expiration: Vouchers have an expiration date which is clearly stated. You must use the voucher before the expiration date. Expired vouchers may still be redeemed for the amount paid, subject to the merchant’s terms and conditions.
3. User Conduct
3.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use Gates Deal for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the platform or its users. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, hacking, and posting defamatory content.
3.2 Reviews and Ratings: You may leave reviews and ratings for merchants. Your reviews must be honest, relevant, and not misleading or defamatory.
4. Liability
4.1 Service Quality: Gates Deal does its utmost to present the best deals and ensure high-quality offerings from our merchants. However, the actual outcome of the services and goods provided depends on the respective service provider or supplier. Any disputes regarding these matters should be resolved directly with the merchant.
4.2 Limitation of Liability: Gates Deal’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the deal. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership: All content on Gates Deal, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Gates Deal or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2 Use of Content: You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from Gates Deal without our prior written permission.
