Due to the nature of our offerings, all items, services, and memberships sold through our platform are heavily discounted, and as such, we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy once an order has been made.

4. Vouchers and QR Codes

4.1 Issuance of Vouchers

Once a customer makes a payment for an item, service, or membership, GATES Deal will generate a voucher with a QR code. This voucher can be used to redeem the item or service at the merchant’s location or to make arrangements for delivery directly with the merchant in the case of items being purchased.

4.2 Redemption Process

Customers must present the voucher with the QR code to the merchant to redeem their purchase. The merchant will verify the voucher and fulfill the order as per the arrangements made.

5. Exceptions

5.1 Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact the merchant directly within 24 hours of receiving your order. The merchant will review your claim and, if deemed valid, may offer a replacement or repair at their discretion. Please note that this is an exception and does not constitute a return or refund.

5.2 Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order, please contact the merchant directly within 24 hours of receiving your order. The merchant will verify your claim and, if deemed valid, will arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you at no additional cost. This does not constitute a return or refund.

6. Process for Reporting Issues

6.1 Contact the Merchant

If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact the merchant directly. You will need to provide:

Your order number
A detailed description of the issue
Photographic evidence (if applicable)

6.2 Verification

The merchant will review your claim and may request additional information or evidence to verify the issue. They aim to resolve all claims within five (5) business days of receipt.

7. Non-Transferable

Any rights or remedies provided under this policy are personal to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.

8. Amendments to Policy

GATES Deal reserves the right to amend this Return/Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates.

9. Governing Law

This Return/Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
