Delivery Address and Scheduling

Q: Is it possible to change my delivery address?

A: Of course! Please inform us of any changes to your delivery address at least three days before the scheduled delivery date. You can do this by contacting our customer service team directly.

Q: What are the delivery charges for my purchase?

A: We offer free delivery for online purchases over $200. For orders under $200, a delivery charge of $10 applies. Deliveries are conducted between 11 am to 10 pm based on the earliest slot availability, and you will receive an SMS notification prior to delivery. The delivery is subject to the following conditions:

Economy Delivery: Within 5 working days upon order release to our logistics team.

Standard Delivery: Within 5 working days upon order release.

Same Day Delivery: Available for an additional $50 charge on selected products and subject to stock availability.

Q: How can I check my delivery appointment?

A: Your delivery appointment details are included in the soft copy invoice emailed to you after purchase.

Q: Are there any additional charges for last-minute delivery schedule changes?

A: Yes, a $30 surcharge is applicable for any changes made within 48 hours of the original scheduled delivery time.

Delivery Issues and International Shipping

Q: What if my order hasn’t arrived within the scheduled time slot?

A: Our Gates Deal delivery team operates from 9 am to 9 pm. If your order is being delivered by one of our suppliers, you’ll receive a delivery timeframe but won’t have real-time tracking. If you encounter any issues or your delivery information isn’t available, please reach out to our customer service team.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: At this time, we deliver exclusively within Singapore.

Appointment Changes and Absenteeism

Q: How do I reschedule my delivery?

A: You can reschedule your delivery with at least 3 working days’ notice by logging into your account on our website. For changes with less than 3 working days’ notice, please contact our customer service hotline for assistance.

Q: What happens if I’m not at home to receive my delivery?

A: We aim to coordinate the delivery time with you to ensure someone is at home. Our team will call you before delivery; if you’re unavailable, they will proceed to deliver the items. Should there be no one to receive your order, please call our hotline to schedule another delivery. A re-delivery fee of $10 or $30, based on your initial delivery charge, will apply. All deliveries must be received in person and signed for.

Additional Notes

Q: Are there any items excluded from same-day delivery?

A: Yes, the following are not eligible for same-day delivery:

– Direct shipments from our suppliers or partners.

– Installation services and products requiring installation.

– Made-to-order products.

– Orders placed on Sundays, certain public holidays, and after 3 pm on weekdays.

Please note, specific condominiums may have designated delivery time slots. We recommend checking with your building management before completing the checkout process.
